Simple Pleasures

I spent the afternoon eating all I could stuff down Sushi and iced Green Tea with my sister. It was a great way to re-connect with the things I love the most. Afterwards we went to Rubber Soul and I got out the door only spending $20. It was very hard to do. I have gone back to the simple pleasure of stamping.... (just about everything) and I remembered what it was I enjoyed about it. No two pieces come out the same. It's so uniquely handmade even though it would seem to have the opposite outcome using the same images in multiple ways. Now comes the next step- to actually carve a few of my own. I've never done that before...
